Interesting Observations From Customer Service

In the customer service department, we often receive requests for hard-to-find regional, or national products. Many such requests come from people who have moved from one part of the country to another, and can no longer find their favorite items in their local grocery stores. Prince Pasta  is a staple in the Northeast, but difficult to find in Florida. Southerners often request Open Pit Barbecue Sauce, which has a distribution limited primarily to the Midwest.  We’ve shipped Marshmallow Fluff to members of the military looking to recapture the taste of home with a Fluffernutter sandwich. (Recipe: Bread, Peanut Butter and Fluff!)  One product that has extreme brand loyalty is tea. Whether it’s Lipton, Salada, or Tetley,  somebody is missing it … and we’ve got it!
