With fall officially here, it’s time to bring on the comfort foods. What’s the most popular volunteer opportunity during the upcoming month. . . bake sales! This year, you can really impress the crowd with this easy-to-follow pumpkin pie recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooling Time: 2 hours
1 30 OZ Can of Libby’s Pumpkin Pie Mix
2/3 cup of Nestles evaporated milk
2 large eggs
1 unbaked 9” pie crust
1. Mix can of pumpkin, eggs, and evaporated milk in a large bowl.
2. Pour entire mixture into pie crust.
3. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes.
4. When pie is done it must cool and set for 2 hours. Do not place in the freezer, as this will allow the pie filling to separate from the pie crust.
